Before Starting Yoga on Pole One must remember ....

  1. to practice some  Basic Asana movements on ground

  2. to practice some basic Pole Elements like Sadhi, Phirki, Tedhi etc.

  3. to achieve climbing skills & to work comfortably on TOP of POLE..

Yoga on Pole looks Simple but is really Difficult to Achieve hence

The Advantages of Yoga Posture on Ground may not get in Pole Yoga Postures but in Some cases Pole Yoga does have More Advantage than Yoga Postures on Ground.
