Yoga Fitness
Yoga fitness comes though a daily routine. Some people
refer to fitness as health, therefore, encompassing both physical and
mental aspects of the body. All forms of yoga promote inner as well
as outer strength through practice.
Yoga fitness supports mental clarity as well as developing a relationship
with one’s self. Being able to listen to the needs of the body
is essential in promoting fitness. Through the practice of yoga one
is able to eliminate mental clutter leaving space to be filled with
positive thoughts. There isn’t a machine that can tell what a
body needs better than the body itself.
Yoga fitness supports the elimination of stress from the body. Through
the practice one is able to remove clutter from mind allowing their
body to focus and feel more energized. Many people have the misconception
that a session of yoga it too easy to receive a proper physical workout;
however, once they have attended a class most rescind their comments.
